 Nizhny Novgorod Factory named after M.V.Frunze (NZiF) is one of the oldest and at the same time one of the most modern Russian factories specializing in development and production of special electronic devices. We have been designing military and civil equipment for more than 90 years. NZiF is a recognized authority in designing means and methods of radio metering in Russia and abroad. We produce high-frequency signal generators, power meters, modulation meters, equipment for metrology calibration of communication facilities and other radio-measuring devices.
NZiF is a well-known trademark on the market of the electric-power industry equipment. We develop, produce and implement automated information-measuring systems for commercial energy accountig (ASKUE) based on technical means complex «Micron», electric energy single-phase and three-phase meters, single-tariff, multi-tariff and multi-function meters, automated devices for calibration of electric energy meters (UAPS), radio frequency modems, GSM communicators, interface converters, transponders etc.; automated outside lighting control system (ASU NO).
NZiF offers complex solutions for automatization of energy resources control and management systems on the basis of advanced information technologies with access to the global information networks.
NZiF is a reliable partner of “Russian Railways” Joint-Stock Company. Our factory supplies all railway departments in Russia and several CIS countries with automated ultrasonic rail flaw detectors ADS-02 designed for non-destructive rail inspection by linear multi-angle ultrasonic location as well as unique locomotive energy consumption meters.
NZiF develops and produces high-technology equipment for the telecommunications market. A special design bureau of the factory develops and introduces into production equipment for wireless data transmission, digital WiMax, CDMA, DECT, Bluetooth, ZigBee broadband radio access systems. Modern wireless information transfer tools and systems produced in our factory are intended for organizing the main information highways and delivering communication services to the ultimate consumer.
Today the production line of Nizhny Novgorod Factory named after M.V.Frunze is essentially extended. The factory develops and produces equipment for digital TV systems – adaptors for reception of digital terrestrial broadcast, cablecast and satellite broadcast TV of the MPEG-2/MPEG-4, HD/SD compression standards, with different conventional access systems. A special design bureau pf the factory develops and introduces into production IP-TV adaptors.
One of the major strands of work of the factory is the production of components for radar stations 59N6, E801, 1L122 and others. The major objective of the factory for the next years is to enter the market of satellite navigation systems and devices. NZiF develops, produces and implements software and hardware systems of automated information-dispatching transport control systems «Micron-Navitel» which use GPS, GPS-GLONASS satellite communication technologies as well as GSM/GPRS cellular communication standard as an information transfer channel.
The technological base of Nizhny Novgorod Factory named after M.V.Frunze allows to produce world-class electronic devices. Our factory is fitted out with modern equipment, we introduced into production new advanced technologies.
