AUTOMATED MEASURING AND INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR ELECTRIC POWER FISCAL ACCOUNTING

Nizhny Novgorod Research and Production Association named after M.V. Frunze is engaged in development and manufacture of automated measuring and information systems for electric power accounting. The enterprise may offer different solutions ranging from delivery of equipment to implementation of turn-key projects and execution of energy service contracts.
AMIS EPFA based on the MAYAK hardware components set is intended for accounting and on-line monitoring of energy resources in distributed power supply networks. Server software is capable for on-line processing and storing of data from several millions of accounting points.
Collection of data from accounting meters is effected via various communication channels:

  • PLC Cenelec A;
  • RF ISM 2400 MHz;
  • RS-485;
  • GSM.

Communication with the data collection and transmission controller is effected via GSM and Ethernet communication channels.
The system capable to operate in the around-the-clock continuous mode ensures automatic collection of data, automatic time synchronization for devices being part of the system, automatic parametrization of accounting meters.

The MAYAK hardware components set represents a kit of devices, units and server software ensuring build-up of a multi-level automated system with normalized metrological characteristics. The MAYAK hardware components set is certified and registered in the State register of measuring instruments.
