AUTOMATED INFORMATION-MEASURING SYSTEM FOR COMMERCIAL ENERGY ACCOUNTING (AIISKUE) The factory developed its own certified measuring and computing complex “MICRON”, which allows maintaining multi-tariff energy consumption accounting on the basis of electricity supply meters with the communication interface by specification ÅIA RS-485. Technical means of “MICRON” complex belong to the products of the State system of industrial automation equipment (GSP) and ensure: - measurement and storage of information on electric energy consumption by means of electricity supply meters at metering points;
- gathering of information stored in the electricity supply meters through switched channels, consolidation and processing of this information in the metering stations;
- long-term storage, processing and display of information on energy consumption in the metering stations.
BASIC FUNCTIONS OF AMR SYSTEM BASED ON TECHNICAL MEANS COMPLEX “MICRON”
- Electrical quantities measured values reading of electricity supply meters.
- Programming of time zone limits for multi-tariff accounting, programming of date of switch to daylight-saving time/date of revert to standard time.
- Automatic current date and current time correction for every electricity supply meter by the inner clock of the main server system (maximal time discrepancy is ±10 seconds per day).
- Keeping of the AMR system operation start date and time.
- Automated remote data collection directly to the data collection and processing units using radio and GSM channels on the operator request once every 10 days, monthly, quarterly, yearly (depending on the requirements specification of the Customer the periods can be changed).
- Determination and registration of non-metered energy consumption occurrences in the AMR system based on standard analytical procedures.
- Modular construction of the AMR system.
- Possibility to extend the AMR system system without additional expenditures when connecting new components.

GSM-modem
The device is designed for arrangement of wireless communication over GSM-channels between GSM-communicator and IC (Information center). |
The unit is designed for organization of wireless network by GSM-channels between GSM-communicator and Information centre. Modem is recommended for use from Frunze Plant. Modem work in standard GSM 900/1800 is necessary only in case of organization of network’s channel with server by CSD (in case of absence of external static IP-address). In case of use of CSD-condition the value of network’s services is higher usually than GPRS-condition. Only one DAU is interrogated at once in the presence of one modem on the server in CSD-condition.
