PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The device is designed for deployment of networks for data acquisition with application of PLC technology via low voltage alternating current networks.
GSM terminal Siemens TC65-based device under dedicated software control is designed to provide operation of data acquisition device via power mains. Data transfer to Centralized Information Exchange System (CIES)is provided remotely via GSM channel.
The set supports three-level  protocol stack Y-net with automatic addressing and adaptive routing and is the coordinator of network “Y-net”.
It is designed for operation in the composition of automated information and measuring system of commercial energy accounting (AIMS CEA).

FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES

• Acquisition and storage of readings of domestic and multipurpose electric power meters, manufactured in the plant named after Frunze.
• Time synchronization of electric power meters.
• Recording of tariff schedules.
• Data transfer to AMR-system.
• Remote load limiting.
• It supports the mode of continuous holding of GPRS communication channel. Software terminal protocol diagnoses serviceability of GPRS communication channel and automatically reestablish it in case of unauthorized uncoupling.
• Possibility of terminal configuring with the aid of SMS messages.
• It supports transparent mode of meter operation with the aid of technological software.
