Automated vehicle control navigation system MICRON CUPOL LITE
DESIGNATION
Navigtation and monitoring system ‘MICRON CUPOLA LITE’ is designed for acquisition and storage of data concerning relocation and status of monitored transportation means (public city and motor passenger transport, special-purpose vehicles, motor transport of emergency services) and people (organization employees, children, elderly people) with an option of prompt displaying and analysis of available data by means of a graphical interface.
ADVANTAGES OF ‘MICRON CUPOLA LITE’ NAVIGATION SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING TRANSPORTATION
- Minimal initial investments.
- Minimal costs for system operation:
- no subscriber fee (only GSM and Internet traffic paid);
- economy mode of data transmission (economy of GSM traffic).
- Efficient rolling stock management:
- monitoring of a transportation unit (TU) relocation in real-time mode;
- reports concerning operation of each TU;
- reduction of costs for logistics;
- improvement of customer service quality;
- Monitoring of relocations in the on-line mode with the aim to increase safety of:
- employees (deliverymen, forwarding agents, etc.);
- children;
- elderly people.
- Simple installation, adjustment of equipment and software tools.

Subscriber equipment: vehicle terminal; personal terminal>>>
ON-BOARD EQUIPMENT OF 'MICRON CUPOLA LITE' NAVIGATION SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING TRANSPORTATION
Subscriber terminal is an intellectual telematic device intended for identification of co-ordinates of an object by means of navigation systems GPS/GLONASS, accumulation and transmission of data related to its location and status of transmitters via GSM (GPRS/SMS) communication channel to a control center, and also for remote control of executive devices connected to a terminal.
Automobile navigation terminal is intended for identification of a TU co-ordinates by means of navigation systems GPS/GLONASS, accumulation and transmission of data related to its location and status of transmitters via GSM (GPRS/SMS) communication channel to a control center, and also for remote control of executive devices installed in a TU.
A personal navigation terminal is intended for identification of man’s location by means of GPS navigation system with further transmission of these data via GSM (GPRS/SMS) communication channel to system's central server. The terminal can be used as an emergency communication device under emergency situations.

FUNCTUONAL CAPABILITIES
Automobile navigation terminal
- Identification of TU location, transmission of navigation and telematic data to a control center upon request or automatically in response to events:
- time intervals (timer);
- passed distance;
- entering into and coming out of specified areas;
- decreasing (increasing) of supply voltage below (above) the established threshold;
- exceeding of specified speed;
- exceeding of specified parking time;
- actuation of transmitters;
- turning on (reloading).
- Arrangement of data exchange in independent manner via GPRS/SMS channels.
- Accumulation and storage of data in case of loss of GSM signal with further data transmission to a control center upon restoration of communication.
- Telephone communication with an operator.
- Remote control of executive devices.
- Remote status reading from digital/analog transmitters.
- Remote configuration setting.
- Remote updating of firmware.
Personal navigation terminal
- Identification of location of a man and data transmission concerning his/her location identification to system’s central server upon pressing of ‘SOS’ button or automatically in response to events:
- time intervals (timer);
- passed distance;
- exceeding of specified speed;
- entering into and coming out of specified areas;
- turning on.
- Arrangement of data exchange in independent manner via GPRS/SMS channels.
- Accumulation and storage of data in case of loss of GSM signal with further data transmission to system’s central server upon restoration of communication.
- Remote reading.
- Remote configuration setting.
