Models which are not more series-produced SEB-1ÒÌ.01 PURPOSE AND FIELD OF APPLICATION The meters are intended for multitariff technical or commercial accounting of active energy in two-wire power circuits of a.c. regardless of its direction. The electricity meters can be used independently or as a component of any automated systems for commercial energy accounting (ASKUE). NORMATIVE AND LEGAL BACKING IEC 62052-11:2003 TECHNICAL FEATURES - Digital signal processing.
- Communication interfaces: RS-485 with external 9-15V AC or DC power supply or optoport.
- The electricity meter SEB-1ÒÌ.01.03 has a RS-485 interface with a built-in power source.
- Nonvolatile memory.
- Built-in real time clock.
- ModBus- similar, SET-4ÒÌ.02 compatible exchange protocol.
- Programmable pulse output.
FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES The electricity meters are intended for multitariff accounting of active energy in four tariff zones, as per 4 day types in twelve seasons. Tariff zone increment is 10 minutes. Tariff zones interlace per day is limited to the number of 10-minutes intervals in a day and is 144 intervals. The tasksetter of the meter uses holiday schedule and list of postponed days. The electricity meters can be used as power-quality meters under parameters of steady-state network frequency and under parameters of steady-state phase voltage. The electricity meters allow to form telemetric pulses at the configurable test output on active power data measured during network period. The electricity meters keep event logs, power-quality logs, a log concerning power threshold exceeding and a status log. The electricity meters keep records of the measured active energy with the possibility to read them through the interface: in total from the date of meter resetting, for the current month and preceding 11 months, as at the beginning of the current month and of each preceding 11 months, for the current and preceding day, as at the beginning of the current day and preceding day. The meters allow to indicate on the liquid-crystal display the data on measured active energy: in total from the date of meter resetting; for the current month and preceding 11 months; as well as auxiliary parameters: instantaneous active, reactive and total power, network voltage, voltage of built-in battery, current, power factor, network frequency, current time and date, temperature inside the meter. The electricity meters provide the possibility to read, programme and reprogramme parameters and data through the interface.
