Models which are not more series-produced SET-4ÒÌ.03 PURPOSE AND FIELD OF APPLICATION The meters are intended for multitariff commercial or technical accounting of active and reactive electrical energy of the forward and reverse direction and four-quadrant reactive energy in three- and four-wire power circuits of alternating current. The electricity meters can be used in production enterprises and electric energy systems, can register power flows in electric energy systems and intersystem overflows. The meters have several modifications which differ in accuracy class, nominal voltage, number of interfaces and availability of an alternate power unit. The meters can be used either independently or as component of: - automated systems for commercial energy accounting (ASKUE);
- automated dispatch control systems (ASDU).

FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES
The meters provide high-accuracy multitariff accounting of active and reactive electric energy of the forward and reverse direction and four-quadrant reactive energy in eight tariff zones, as per eight day types in twelve seasons: - in total from the date of meter resetting;
- for the current and preceding year;
- as at the beginning of the current year and of preceding year;
- for the current month and each of preceding 11 months;
- as at the beginning of the current month and of each preceding 11 months;
- for the current and preceding day;
- as at the beginning of the current day and preceding day;
- for each preceding calendar day with the depth of up to 30 days;
- as at the beginning of each preceding calendar day with the depth of up to 30 days.
Tariff zone increment is 10 minutes. Tariff zones interlace per day is limited to the number of 10-minutes intervals in a day and is 144 intervals. The tasksetter of the meter uses holiday schedule and list of postponed days. The electricity meters keep two independent power profile arrays with programmable integration time from 1 to 60 minutes for active and reactive power of the forward and reverse direction. Storing depth of each power profile array with integration time of 30 minutes is 3,7 months. The electricity meters can be used as registers of maximum demand for power in the mornings and evenings with the use of 12 Season schedule. The electricity meters measure instantaneous values of physical quantities, characterizing three-phase power network, and can be used for measuring: - active, reactive and total power;
- phase voltage and voltage between phases, positive-sequence voltage;
- current;
- power factor;
- network frequency;
- current waveform distortion factor;
- zero-plus-negative-phase-sequence current unbalance factor;
- waveform distortion factor of phase voltage and voltage between phases;
- zero-plus-negative-phase-sequence voltage unbalance factor.
According to GOST 13109-97 the electricity meters can be used as power-quality meters under parameters of steady-state deviation of phase voltage (voltage between the phases, positive-sequence voltage) and network frequency. The electricity meters allow to form signals indicating programmed power threshold exceeding at the four configurable test outputs. The electricity meters keep event logs, power-quality logs, logs concerning power threshold exceeding and a status log. The electricity meters provide the possibility to programme, reprogramme, control and read parameters and data through RS-485 interface or optical port (list of parameters and data is in type specification). The electricity meters have a liquid-crystal display which indicates accounting and measurement data.
