SEB-1TM.02, SEB-1TM.02D PURPOSE AND FIELD OF APPLICATION
The meters are intended for multitariff technical or commercial accounting of active energy in two-wire power circuits of a.c. regardless of its direction.
The electricity meters can be used either independently or as a component of any automated systems for commercial energy accounting (ASKUE) or as a component of any billing systems with function for load control under programmed criteria or on remote demand.

FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES
The electricity meters are intended for multitariff accounting of active energy within four tariff zones, as per 4 day types in twelve seasons. Tariff zone increment is 10 minutes. Tariff zones interlace per day is limited to the number of 10-minutes intervals in a day and is 144 intervals. The tasksetter of the meter uses holiday schedule and list of postponed days. In every tariff zone separate energy accounting is used till and after programmed limit (e.g. social limit).
The electricity meters keep records of the measured active energy: in total from the date of meter resetting, for the current month and preceding 11 months, as at the beginning of the current month and of each preceding 11 months, for the current and preceding day, as at the beginning of the current day and preceding day.
As an option the electricity meters can have a load control function (load is switched on/off under different programmed criteria) and can be used as a component of prepayment systems.
As an option the electricity meters keep a four-channel profile array of active power, network voltage, load current and temperature with programmable integration time from 1 to 60 minutes.
Storing depth of profile array with integration time of 30 minutes is 56 days.
The electricity meters measure instantaneous values of physical quantities characterizing single-phase power network and can be used for measuring: instantaneous active, reactive and total power, network voltage, voltage of built-in battery, current, power factor, network frequency, temperature inside the meter.
The electricity meters can be used as power-quality meters under parameters of steady-state network frequency and under parameters of steady-state voltage.
The electricity meters have a liquid-crystal display to indicate the data on the measured energy and values of measured physical quantities.
The electricity meters allow to form signals indicating programmed active power threshold exceeding at the configure test output.
The electricity meters keep event logs, power-quality logs, a log concerning power threshold exceeding and a status log.
The electricity meters provide the possibility to read, programme and reprogramme parameters and data through the interface (list of parameters and data is in type specification).
