MAYAK 103ARTN

PURPOSE

Energy meters are designed for accounting of active and reactive energy of the forward and reverse direction in AC single-phase networks with the rated frequency of 50 Hz.
Energy meters may be used both in standalone mode and as part of automated measuring and information systems for electric power fiscal accounting (AMIS EPFA).

TECHNICAL FEATURES

  • Non-volatile RAM.
  • Rate card structure - 8 rates, 8 day types, rate plan:
    • - for 8 day types and 12 months (a separate one for each weekday of a month with due account for holidays);
    • - flat rate for the whole of the year per 8 day types;
    • - flat rate for the whole of the year per single day.
  • Capability to set up to 32 exceptional days.
  • Backlit liquid crystal display (LCD).
  • Communication interfaces - optical port, RS-485, PLC, RF 2400 MHz, GSM.
  • Programmable pulse output.
  • Load control function (relay or signal).
  • Enhanced security (two access levels common and individual passwords; capability to record date and time of the last energy meter disconnection from the power network, last energy meter switching on).
  • Design variant with the split architecture consists of two blocks:
    • energy meter block in outdoor mounted housing with the IP55 ingress protection rating;
    • remote terminal in casing intended for DIN-rail mounting.
  • Communication between energy meter and remote terminal is effected via a 868 MHz radio interface.

FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES

Non-volatile RAM of energy meters provides for recording, storing and read-out of the following values off the digital interfaces:

  • running total of active and reactive energy measured according to rates available from the date of manufacture;
  • active energy measured at the beginning of each month according to rates available over a three-year period;
  • active energy measured for each half-hour over a 125-day period;
  • active and reactive energy measured at the beginning of each day over a 125-day period;
  • power switch on / switch off time;
  • time of channel opening and closing for writing;
  • date and time prior to and upon the adjustment;
  • date and time of terminal box cover and energy meter housing cover opening and resealing.

Energy meters provide the capability to write time of day rates, current time, weekday, date, month, year, energy and power limits, consumer category.
Energy meters ensure cyclic representation of the following parameters:

  • current value of energy according to rates available;
  • total value of accumulated energy according to rates available;
  • date and time;
  • current active, reactive and full power (for reference only);
  • preset power limit;
  • value of energy since the start of the current half-hour;
  • value of monthly energy consumption per year according to each rate available;
  • effective rate;
  • rate card.
