   Multitariff meters



The meters are intended for accounting of active electric power in three-, four-wire AC mains with 50 Hz frequency differentiated both by the time of day and by the level of consumed electric energy and power.
Meters can be used independently or as a part of automated informational and measurement electric power accounting and monitoring systems (AIMEPMAS) with an option of automatic power consumption monitoring.


  • Tariff schedule for 4 tariffs (for every day of a week of each month and holidays in each month).
  • Nonvolatile memory.
  • Programmable pulse output for 6 modes.
  • Current transformer is used as current sensor, hybrid sensor.
  • Option for connection of external 9 V back-up power source for readout in case of loss of 230 V.
  • 17 logs by 32 events.
  • Communication interface - RS-485 and optical port. Simultaneous operation via two ports is possible.
  • Half-hour profile of active and reactive energy and power (storage period is 2 months).
  • Daily self-diagnosis of programs' memory.
  • LED indication of active and reactive consumption.

  • A slot is available for plugging additional interface modules (Ethernet, PLC, GSM, RF) providing operation in automated electric power consumption commercial accounting systems (AEPCCAS).
  • Back-up power supply unit is available in the electric power meter for power supply to interface modules, supplying voltages of 12 V to 0.5A and 5 V to 1 A.


Meters provide measurement, registration and storage in nonvolatile memory of:

  • values of accounted active and reactive electric energy as progressive total, from the moment of manufacturing for all tariffs;
  • values of accounted active and reactive electric energy at the beginning of each month for all tariffs with storage period of 24 months;
  • values of accounted active and reactive electric energy and maximum power for each half an hour during two months;
  • values for instantaneous load power;
  • time and date for power supply switching on/off (32 events);
  • values of accounted active and reactive electric energy for each phase according to all tariffs as progressive total and at the beginning of a month;
  • time and date for channel opening/closing for recording (32 events);
  • time of terminal cover opening (32 events);
  • time and date before and after correction (32 events).

Power meters allow reprogramming option via a communication interface for:

  • exchange speed;
  • group and individual password;
  • address;
  • password for recording.

If wrong password for recording is entered three times, the electric power meter blocks the recording channel for 24 hours.
Electric power meters generate load control signals according to various programmable criteria and allow to start/cut load by means of an external switching device.
Electric power meters have the option of reading and reprogramming via RS-485 interface or an optical port for the following parameters:

  • consumer's category;
  • current time and date;
  • schedule for exception days;
  • annual tariff schedule (for every day of a week or a holiday of a month);
  • power limit and monthly energy limit;
  • function of permission/prohibition for automatic change from the Daylight Saving Time to the Standard Time and vice versa;
  • operating modes of meter's pulse output; calibration, telemetry, switching on/of, control, clock calibration;
  • indication mode and indication period within the range from 6 to 60 sec.;
  • permission for single tariff operation mode.

Electric power meters display the following parameters:

  • actual tariff;
  • date and time;
  • electric power consumption according to 4 tariffs;
  • actual active and reactive power and their total value, voltage and current for each phase;
  • monthly electric power consumption;
  • tariff schedule for the current month;
  • active and reactive power and maximum power for the current half an hour.
