PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Meters are designed for accounting of active and reactive energy in three-wire and four-wire alternating current mains with frequency 50 Hz.
Electric power meters may be used independently or in the composition of automated information and measuring systems of electric power control and metering (AEPCM).

TECHNICAL FEATURES OF ELECTRIC POWER METER
- Communication interface – RS-485, optical port.
- Rate of exchange via RS-485- from 1200 to 38400 baud.
- Rate of exchange via optoport - to 9600 baud.
- Simultaneous operation via both ports is allowed.
- Non-volatile memory.
- Daily self-testing of program memory.
- Light-emitting diode indication of active and reactive consumption.
- Two programmed pulsed outputs to 6 modes.
FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES OF ELECTRIC POWER METER
Electric power meters provide measurement, recording and holding in nonvolatile memory and also interface reading of the following:
- values of measured active and reactive energy by accrued total from the date of manufacture according to all tariffs;
- values of instantaneous load power.
Electric power meters provide measurement (reference value) and reading via interface of the following parameters:
- values of measured active and reactive load power in all phases and gross power;
- values of voltage and current in all phases.
Electric power meters may provide reading and reprogramming via interface of the following parameters:
• consumer category;
• power limit;
• electric power meter pulsed output operation modes: calibration, telemetering, connection, disconnection, monitoring.;
• indication mode and indication period within the range from 6 to 60 seconds.
Electric power meters may be reprogrammed via communication interface: exchange rate via RS-485, common password, individual password, address, password for recording.
In case of threefold entering of invalid password for recording, electric power meter interlocks recording channel for 24 hours of normal job.
Electric power meters provide display of the following:
- active and reactive electric power consumption;
- current active and reactive power in each phase and cumulative value;
- voltage and current in each phase;
- monthly electric power consumption.
Flashing of light-emitting diode indicators "kW·h" or "kvar·h testifies measurement of active or reactive energy accordingly.
